Driving Under The Influence

Alcohol, marijuana, and other mind-altering chemical use can quickly lead to significnat impairments in motor coordination, decision-making, and impulse control...all critical skills needed to drive. Unfortunately, drinking and driving is the #1 cause of death in teens and 20% of high school students say they rode in a car with a driver who had been drinking alcohol in the past 30 days.

The mission of Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) is to end drunk driving, help fight drugged driving, support the victims of these violent crimes, and prevent underage drinking. MADD offers information and solutions for Drunk and Drugged Driving as well as Teen Drinking.
